Every Monday, someone exported booking data from the property system into spreadsheets by hand, then rebuilt the same revenue report across four properties. Half a day, gone, before the week even started.

What we built

We built a pipeline that pulls booking and revenue data automatically, consolidates all four properties, and drops a clean, formatted report into the team's inbox every Monday at 6am. The half-day task became zero.
